March/April Call is on it's way!

It's snowing here in central Indiana. School delays and cancellations have caused many to slow down and settle indoors. We've got some new reading material headed your way to help the winter days pass by. The March/April Call will be dropping in mailboxes this week.

In this issue of The Call we take a look at managing conflict.

Managing conflict = being human. Okay, so maybe that’s not a prerequisite, but it certainly is a part of life. Even those who are well trained in diffusing conflict sometimes get caught up in the emotion of the moment.

How does conflict affect ministry? It does. Whether your ministry is raising your children, teaching school, planting churches, or working in Corporate America conflicts pays a toll on our relationships and thus our ministry. How do we overcome being human uh, I mean conflict? In this issue we will explore some practical ways to heal relationships, apologize, confront, and keep our ministries headed in the direction God intended. It will likely be hard (and sometimes uncomfortable) work, but the pay off for right relationships is priceless.

Drop me a comment and let's discuss how conflict is affecting your ministries.

Praying for your relationships,

Kristi
